Brian Gryn was born just outside Chicago in 1980 and was blessed with great family and friends—which you can even read about in his children’s book, ‘The Magic Zoo’. His mission is to pay it forward by offering support, encouragement, and education for those who are seeking positive change in their lives. Through his Integrative Institute of Nutrition education and 10 years of group training/coaching, he has learned that eating can help the body heal itself.
