Now, how do you know you have a high metabolic rate? I'm gonna go through some of those telltale signs right now. A high metabolic rate is synonymous with optimal health and vitality. A lot of times it reflects the body's ability to efficiently convert food into energy, facilitating essential functions like digestion, circulation, and temperature regulation. When your metabolism is running at a high rate, you are more, most likely experiencing high energy levels throughout the day, improve mood and effective weight management. If your metabolic rate drops processes like digestion, detoxification, sex drive, immunity and mental clarity can suffer. Something I talk about with Kate during coming up. Also, the regularity of your bowel movements, which should typically range from one to three times a day. Also, a well-functioning metabolism can aid in reducing GI issues such as bloating, gas, or dec discomfort after meals. One of the main things you wanna do is avoid foods that are high in what's called polyunsaturated fatty acids.
