Hi, my name is Brian Gryn and I’m a certified personal trainer, human movement specialist and health coach. I’ve been in the health and wellness industry now for over 12 years, working with clients both in and outside the gym, helping them achieve life-changing results. During my time helping these people, I noticed that while some of them took the right courses of action to lose weight, something was still holding them back from maximum success. What I eventually discovered was Intermittent Fasting (IF) became the missing link that totally made all the difference in their lives. When I dug deeper into Intermittent Fasting and more importantly, getting IF Certified, I quickly discovered that it was practically non-existent to find any stand-alone course on the subject. That’s when I quickly realized that there were other trainers, coaches and health professionals that were seeking the same thing I was. That’s when I decided to create The Intermittent Fasting Coaching Certification Course in order to fulfill this growing demand and need. I wanted to create ONE very comprehensive, yet easy to follow, course that could help other health professionals not only learn more about IF for themselves, but also give them the knowledge and information to help their own clients and boost the success of their business.

The Intermittent Fasting Coaching Certification Course consists of 6 specific modules and final exam. Each module will take a closer examination of Intermittent Fasting, how it works, the history of fasting, the biological impact, how it helps people lose weight, and so much more.

  • You’ll also receive The Simple Intermittent Fasting Journal,and earn accreditation and certification of 0.3 CEU’s through NASM and 3.0 CEU’s through AFAA
